Best regards, A. Kheddar, EuroHaptics Chair Information for presenters Papers
Each category includes figures and references in the total number of pages. We will provide a laptop, and we recommend that author's files be installed on it prior to the session. We will accept presentations stored on CD's, floppy disks or USB memory sticks on the day. Alternatively authors can provide their own laptops, but we would discourage this due to the time required to change over the connection to the data projector and to avoid any possible problems with incompatibility. Please advise if you have any further AV requirements, e.g. OHP, TV, Video, Audio and we will endeavour to arrange these. Instructions and Style Files for submissions are available here: Please convert your paper into PDF format before uploading it (the only accepted format): For machintosh Users, here is the doc file example: Video Additional video material in standard VCD or SVCD avi/mpeg format (PAL) for the conference CD, with a maximum length of 5 minutes is encouraged.
